The king of evil penguins, King Dedede was actually planned to be in Super Smash Bros. Melee, but was cut out due to memory limits. He is a favorite of many just because he's a king and a penguin. He can swallow and suck in enemies just like Kirby, but cannot copy their abilities.
I don't see any moveset changes happening, considering Dedede's unique and original.
